Cottage Country bags

I would love to be able to review my new bags however I have yet to receive them. The courier company you use for shipping your product is absolutely brutal. Their tracking system indicated they were out for delivery before xmas which was perfect as they were a xmas present however after waiting for them to arrive all day their system was then updated indicating they couldn't be delivered due to mechanical problems but would be delivered the following day. The next day came and went with no delivery or update to the tracking system. I gave it another couple of days due to xmas volume but finally ended up contacting the shipping company to inquire why there had been no update to the status of my shipment. The response was unsatisfactory. The person I spoke to couldn't give me an answer. Miraculously, the next day the status was updated indicating they were out for delivery again however that evening the status was changed to delayed due to weather. Funny, countless other delivery companies were delivering in my neighborhood that day including Canada Post, Puralator, UPS, Loomis Express and Amazon. So yet again there is no indication when or if they will be delivered. Very disappointing. Im beginning to regret ordering these bags at all.

The Turbo Sunset bags are great. They will help me improve my game.
